Tortured are enemies that appear in Haunted Valley.
As their name implies, these victims of gruesome torture are still suffering in Purgatory.
While their slow gait may make them seem trivial, they should not be perceived as weak or any less dangerous than other enemies. Their ranged spike attack can quickly drop the player's health if they are not careful.
Of note is that these enemies will appear in mass numbers in the castle's dungeon. Usually, they will be supported by Hants, as well as Ghosts.
