The Cathedrale (not to be confused with Cathedral) is the first level of Painkiller: Resurrection.
Description[]
This level is set in big cathedral which has built in the Gothic style. It contians multiple rooms including three big multistory halls with stained glass whereas one of them has orange stained glass and the second one has purple stained glass. There is also tall belfry with collapsed stairs and severed bell. It's worth to mention that below the cathedral is a underground room which is turned upside down.

Tarot card of this level is Armor Regeneration. To acquire it, player has to finish the level using only Painkiller weapon.

The first secret is located on the bottom level of the cathedrale part with orange stained glass windows. To reach it the player has to destroy the breakable wall with explosives to collect the gold from the chests. | Video |

The second secret is located in the tunnel section. To reach it the player has to go to the opposite direction of the compass until they find the small cave with the megapack and an urn. | Video |

The third secret is located in the upside down portion of the cathedrale on the small statue like arch. To reach it the player has to jump from the nearby cellings with are the floor on to the arch. | Video |

The fourth secret is located beneath the ruined stairs in the belfry tower. To reach it the player has to carefully jump from the ruined stairs onto the rock shelf with the megahealth and hidden cup. | Video |
| Secret 5 |

The fifth secret is located in the top section of the belfry tower. level. To reach it the player has to carefully climb to the top section of the belfry tower by using the environment. First the player has to use some planks and ruined bell to get back onto the ruined stairs until they reach the top. Then the player has to jump onto some sticking out planks to reach the attic-like area to collect the goods. | Video |

The sixth secret is located on the upper level of the cathedrale part with purple stained glass windows. To reach it the player has to go to the altar and jump onto the stained glass windows on the right side until they reach the baclony area. | Video |

The seventh secret is located on the scaffolding in the the cathedrale part with purple stained glass windows. To reach it the player has to carefully jump onto the ruined stairs of the scaffolding to reach the secret. | Video |
