Health Regeneration is a Silver Tarot Card. When it is equipped, despite the description, the player's health will start regenerating no matter what when the health points are below 75 at a rate of 1 health point per 0.3 seconds.

If both this tarot card and Armor Regeneration are equipped, the latter will take effect only after this tarot card is finished regenerating. This applies only to Battle out of Hell and Resurrection.

In Painkiller: Hell & Damnation, despite the description, the player's health will start regenerating no matter what when the health points are below player's health capacity, which can be increased with Vitality, at a rate of 1 health point per second.

• This tarot card cannot be obtained in an Insomnia run in Painkiller: Battle out of Hell.
• The description of this tarot card is wrong, health will start regenerating as soon as it goes below the threshold.
• There is a typing mistake spelling wrong "regenerating" with "regeneratating".
